Honorable Committee Members, Senators and Representatives:

Representative Mike Kiegerl, 2009 Chairman of the Joint Committee on Children’s Issues, has asked me to send the final report of the Joint Committee to the 2010 Legislature.  The report is included as an attachment to this email, along with a cover memorandum written by the Chairman.

Please note that a minority report is forthcoming.  The minority report will be included with the final report when our office publishes the remaining Interim Committee reports.
